The Hospice Foundation requests proposals for initiatives and innovative programs that address and enhance end-of-life care in Missouri. We are a member of the Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association.

The Hospice Foundation awards grants to organizations involved in a range of end-of-life services and education. The Foundation supports hospice, palliative care, advanced directives, grief and bereavement services, educational programs, and other activities which nurture informed personal choices and respect for diverse cultural identities in the end-of-life experience.

We are NOT currently accepting grant applications at this time. Please check back for the Fall cycle dates.
